Mindfulness enables us to become aware of our own Mindfulness enables us to become aware of our own thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations so that we can respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. 

By practicing mindfulness regularly, we can learn to recognize patterns of behaviour that may not be serving us well and make changes that will bring greater peace and joy into our lives.

Through mindfulness we can cultivate greater self-awareness, clarity of thought and improved decision making.
