Busy workdays invariably make you munch on food items that are ready to eat! Nothing gives you a refreshing break than having that extra cup of tea with Parle g. When running against a tight deadline, a sandwich is a preferred option. Without realizing it through the week, your body has welcomed toxins.⁠

Eating well-balanced meals removes toxins you might have taken in through processed foods or too much sugar intake.⁠

Simple home-cooked meals provide nourishment to the body and help you restore endocrine balance.⁠

I know you want to relax. Stress testing your digestive system while your body is releasing cortisol is not relaxation.⁠

Indulge in home-cooked simple meals. Go out for a walk and do things you did when your exams got over – it was most probably jumping into a swimming pool or playing a sport! That’s what’s gonna relax ya.⁠
